We are currently seeking a professional Personal Assistant that’s passionate and looking for a varied and challenging site based role, supporting the Project Director, plus supplementary support to other senior stakeholders and their team members as required.
Your exemplary organisational skills, forward thinking approach and ability to work diligently and efficiently will assist you in ensuring the following;
- Manage the day-to-day schedule of the Project Director, organising and scheduling meetings, managing email inbox, proactively identifying priorities and commitments and coordinating appropriately
- Manage incoming correspondence, answering and screening calls, taking messages and responding appropriately
- Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, formatting documents and reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements, processing of monthly expenses, coordinating and setting up meetings and special events
Successful candidates will have at least 5 years’ experience in an EA/PA role, exposed to similar site or corporate fast paced and demanding environment. You will be highly organised and proactive with the ability to anticipate up-and-coming needs, as well as effectively discern what takes priority, what can be handled directly, and what needs to be escalated.
You’ll possess a proactive attitude, collaborative nature and strong communication skills; key with engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders concurrently. Bring with you advanced Microsoft skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and a strong customer service ethic.
You will be highly organised with the ability to anticipate up-and-coming needs, as well as effectively discern what takes priority, what can be handled directly, and what needs to be escalated.
