We are currently looking to recruit an Office Manager at the Melbourne Head Office, The Gauge.. As the Office Manager you will be responsible for managing the reception, mailroom and the facilities management functions. Day to day tasks include, managing subcontracted services including maintenance and cleaners, updating policies and procedures, providing office support and provide back-up to the receptionist and mail room.
You will have an excellent reception manner, knowledge of facilities management, proficient MS Office skills, be highly organised and able to collaborate closely with others. It is essential that you are a team player who can work methodically and accurately whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
