Regional ICT Division is currently seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to join their high performing team. This is a permanent opportunity based at our head office at Barangaroo.
Lendlease is currently implementing a very strong customer focused support model which will see the successful candidate owning a part of the business and will be the go-to for all IT requests. You will provide face to face and over the phone Level 2 support services including planning, implementation, management and usage of the business applications, enterprise platforms and the company's local and wide-area networks. This will include but will not be limited to the maintenance and troubleshooting of Audio Visual Systems, troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to setup, maintenance and support of local hardware (PC’s, Laptops, Printers). This is a varied and busy role where you will balance the delivery with the management of client relationships in accordance to Service Level Objectives (SLO) and company policies and standards.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 1-2 years of technology-related work experience.
- Customer service experience in technology support.
- Experience installing, configuring and supporting personal computer hardware, monitors, printers and peripherals.
- Experience in supporting Microsoft products including, but not limited to, Windows 7, 8 and 10, Exchange and Office 2010, 2013 and 2016 – o365.
- Experience supporting small to medium sized networks.
- Building relationships with ICT and business stakeholders external to immediate team.
