We are currently seeking an experienced Digital 4D (BIM) Integration Manager to work in our Building Business, based out of the Head Office at Barangaroo.
Your primary function in this role will to be to lead the development, implementation and embedment of the business’s 4D capabilities and improved value proposition. As such you will be managing the ongoing collaboration between the planning and construction management functions and the Digital Design (BIM) team to review how planning models can be better utilised in bid submissions, project planning, scheduling, production control and knowledge management activities across our projects.
To succeed in this position, you will have had experience in Construction Planning principles and 4D modelling. You will be a capable influencer and demonstrate a willingness to consult and engage with various stakeholders both internally and externally. An effective communicator, this position will also require clear articulation in order to demonstrate the benefits of this business change to key stakeholders and influencers. This role will leverage the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies for construction sequencing, 4D simulation, animation, site planning and controls.
