An immediate need has arisen for a self-driven and committed Sales Professional looking for the opportunity to join our high performing sales team dedicated to house and land sales across our Aurora project. Aurora's unique appeal is the stellar new homes (approx. 3,000) and community it introduces to the Northern Growth Corridor, a district already established and flourishing.
In this role, you’ll be supporting the Sales Consultant to achieve sales and settlement targets so we’re looking for a strong performer who is motivated by proactively seeking and following up on industry contacts to generate sales through to successful closure.
Excellent presentation skills and exceptional interpersonal skills will aid in the development of solid and authentic relationships whilst supporting a close knit team based approach. You’ll be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package including genuine career development prospects.
Proven experience in Real Estate or Home Builder Sales and current Real Estate Agent licence is required. This must be complimented with a customer focused approach and attitude.
