We are currently seeking to appoint a EH&S Coordinator to join our Utilities & Infrastructure business based in Melbourne. In this role you will provide on the ground support to our delivery teams managing the HSEQ function across the project life cycle.
Reporting to our Regional HSEQ Manager you will be responsible for providing training, guidance and HSEQ Leadership to project teams in the areas of compliance, incident investigation, quality control, environmental management and continuous improvement.
You will also be tasked with ensuring accurate reporting on compliance in line with our Global Minimum Requirements and reinforcing our HSEQ strategy to site-level personnel throughout projects so your ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders must be strong.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced safety professional with a strong technical background gained ideally within the subdivisions / civil sector. As a minimum you will have a Certificate IV in OH&S as well a minimum of five years’ experience working in a similar role.
You will be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. You will be provided with a strong level of support by a business with strong management systems but we are seeking an individual who can think on their feet and who enjoys building strong and effective relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
