We are currently seeking to appoint an Electrical Project Manager to join our Industrial and Resources West Division. In this role you will support our Newman team in the successful delivery of site specific project requirements, including financial and safety performance, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory and internal company policies.
You will be involved from the front end, ensuring that estimating and project delivery risks are managed including sourcing appropriate labour to meet client requirements. You will have sound financial and contractual acumen, ensuring that accurate, timely and predictable financial outcomes are met and contractual risks are identified and mitigated throughout delivery.
The role will entail high levels of client engagement and as such you will take a proactive approach to client representatives to promote Lendlease capabilities to win new opportunities and grow the size and scale of the existing business.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Engineer or Supervisor with who has undertaken additional Project Management studies. You will have solid resource construction industry experience and demonstrated ability to manage and lead a large team of employees on site. You will be a hands on Project Manager with an strong understanding and experience in Quality Management principles, Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Legislation.
Please note. This is a residential position based in Newman and FIFO arrangements will not be considered. Relocation support as well as non-shared housing will be offered to the successful candidate.
