Currently we have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in our Utilities & Infrastructure Division. Reporting into the Operations Manager this role will see you covering multiple projects in Townsville, in a business that has a strong pipeline of future work. Your responsibilities will include a combination of office based planning and resource allocation collaborating with key areas of the business and site based delivery work including managing and mentoring the on-site delivery workforce and client relationship.
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years civil construction project management experience ideally in the subdivisions sector. You will also have a demonstrable track record of on time delivery within budget combined with the ability to interpret drawings, manage contracts administration, lead the on-site delivery team, all whilst fostering strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
As the successful candidate you will:
• Demonstrate good organisational, time management and leadership skills of a high performing team
• Use your previous experience to cost forecast, plan and execute projects within budget and to provide solutions in line with customer requirements
• Demonstrate your knowledge and commitment to Quality Management principles, OH&S and the Environment
