Currently we have an opportunity for Field Supervisors to join our Telecommunications Projects based in Huntingwood. As Field Supervisor you will be responsible for undertaking the planning and delivery of significant projects across the Sydney metropolitan area. Your responsibilities will include a combination of office based work including scoping and planning, and field supervision of the crews and sub-contractors delivering the work.
To be successful in this role you will ideally be trade qualified holding a Certificate III in Telecommunications combined with both demonstrated experience in a supervisory capacity and extensive experience gained in the telecommunications sector. You will have confidence in utilising the Microsoft Office whilst having the ability to focus your crews on delivery of the site based activities to both time and budget adhering to the application of Lendlease’s safety systems. As the successful candidate you will be able to:
• Demonstrate good organisational and time management skills whilst developing and sustaining a high performance team and organisational culture
• Use your previous experience to plan and execute projects within budget and in line with customer requirements
• Demonstrate your knowledge and commitment to Quality Management principles, OH&S and the Environment
• Facilitate strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
