Lendlease are currently searching for a Building Co-cordinator to join its Acclaim division, that specialises in providing project management services to the property insurance industry. The services provide project management expertise to our clients in the management of building repair and reinstatement works following lodgment of a property insurance claims with insurers.

As Building Co-ordinator, you are a key member of the domestic property repaid sector, and are responsible for the management of building repairs utilizing pre-qualified contractors. You will be accountable for the supervision, co-ordination and management of contractors, on multiple site locations, to ensure the timely delivery of high quality construction work. This role will also involve undertaking quality and progress inspections, managing the repair and reinstatement costs and time, preparation of key reports and scope of works, as well as the constant liaising and communication with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Site Supervisor, with sound domestic building knowledge, ideally with a trade qualification. You will be a well-presented, organised, team player, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
This role is an even balance between office and field based work, covering the metro and regional responses. As such, the role requires the ability to travel at short-notice whether locally or regionally and will require overnight stays in some circumstances. A valid Australian driver's license is also required.
