Lendlease 2018 Graduate Program – Human Resources
Graduates are the future leaders of Lendlease. We are committed to finding the best and brightest talent Australia has to offer for our 2018 global program.
Employing more than 12,000 people around the globe and listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX Top 50), our vision is to ‘create the best places’. We have created iconic places around the world including Barangaroo in Sydney, Elephant & Castle in London and the National September 11 Memorial and Museum in New York.
An organisation of our size and scale needs the sharpest human resources minds. We have built a best-in-class community of sought after professionals that enable high performance through collaboration, innovation and commercial discipline.
As part of the 2018 Human Resources Graduate program, your first year will see you providing HR operational support in the HR Services team to establish a foundational understanding and knowledge of HR at Lendlease, followed by a second rotation to a generalist or HR Advisor role within one of our Australian business units.
Supporting our Group HR Centres of Excellence including Compensation, Benefits & Performance, Learning & Development and Talent & Resourcing, your second year will see you delivering high level support services including the administration of various Group HR initiatives and assisting the team in implementing best practice people processes to retain and develop talented employees.
With a degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, you have demonstrated leadership qualities, work experience and a desire to stretch your capabilities. We look for graduates who are passionate, motivated and driven to make a difference. Successful candidates will be based in Chatswood as well as Barangaroo, however you must also be able to work across our other Sydney office locations if required.
As a participant of the Lendlease Graduate Program, you will become part of a diverse team-based environment where you will have the opportunity to work with truly experienced professionals, in a culture that ensures you develop and grow – in fact many of our leaders began their career as part of our Graduate Program.
You will be supported through a structured learning and development program, a variety of on the job assignments, and networking and social activities. During the two year program you will develop lasting networks with both senior leaders and fellow graduates.
Lendlease is a diverse, flexible and inclusive employer of choice. We engage, enable and empower our people. Inclusion sets us all up for success.
