Lendlease is searching for a Senior Project Engineer, Digital Construction, to join their team based in Barangaroo, Sydney. The position has accountability for developing, operating and driving strategy, to support and manage change for the adoption and embedment of Digital Engineering within the Building business.

The Senior Project Engineer, Digital Construction, will be responsible for leading the Digital Technology capability uplift within the Building business, and across the Design, Procure & Construct value chain. Key to this role will also be the ability to influence upstream and downstream of the Building value chain to ensure alignment across Lendlease as a whole. This involves ensuring the ongoing development of the Digital and BIM technology ecosystem in place to enable the change in the way we work; as well as identifying new and innovative digital design and construction technology and methodologies in support of the strategy.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Business Technology & Innovation, and the business, to develop and implement a technology roadmap and functional workflows to support Digital Engineering capability and utilisation across our projects.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience and credibility working with Digital and BIM technology, preferably from the construction, engineering or architecture sector. You will have demonstrated the ability to introduce innovative approaches, as well as implement and drive business change within a large organisation. You will have strong leadership, management and communication skills, with the ability to build key relationships with a range of stakeholders within the business.
