We are currently delivering a range of critical infrastructure projects around Australia including NorthConnex, Northern Rd Upgrades and Pacific Hwy projects in NSW, Melbourne Metro & City to Tullamarine Road Widening in VIC and Northern Connector in SA. Public communication and positive engagement with the communities in which we work and our stakeholders is critical to the success of any major infrastructure project.
We are currently seeking graduates to join the Community Engagement team within our Engineering business. Over the course of the 2 year Lendlease Graduate Program you will gain experience through work on our projects and in head office that will see you support and deliver Community Action Plans; develop communication materials; create and deliver communication and community engagement initiatives; manage internal communication campaigns and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure effective delivery of campaigns.

Our projects can be found around the country, so it is essential you are prepared to relocate to regional areas when required.
