Ardency Aroona is currently seeking a permanent full time Concierge to join their family. Reporting to the Resort Manager you will be tasked with providing 24/7 concierge service to the residents & guests of Ardency Aroona.
Based in Yowie Bay, you will undertake concierge duties and responsibilities including responding to resident enquiries and requests, building management responsibilities, assisting the restaurant team when required, and ensuring that a premium level of customer service is provided to our residents in every interaction.
To be successful, you will ideally have recent experience in the hospitality industry (eg. hotel) with administration skills and a mature approach to your work. The Concierge team work on a 24/7 rotating roster of day and overnight shifts including weekends and public holidays. Only people with the flexibility to work five shifts per week need apply. Additionally, you will be extremely well presented and reliable, with excellent communication and organisational skills. Most importantly you will be a passionate and customer focused individual with a strong work ethic.
