We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accountant within our Communities business. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of village management settlement services support to the Retirement Living business to maximise efficiency and operational excellence and comply with internal policies in relation to transactional activities.
This role is also responsible for the identification of continuous improvement opportunities, embedding of process change and systems training across transactional aspects of the business. Under limited supervision, incumbents apply established standards to routine assignments.
To be successful in this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified or studying and near completion with a demonstrated track record in financial accounting. You will possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, comprehensive experience in a related accounting and/or high complexity transactions.
Your personal qualities will include a tenacious and positive attitude, attention to detail and the ability to build excellent rapport with colleagues and stakeholder alike.
