Currently we have an opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our team in our Services Division. Working within the utilities and infrastructure sector you will be reporting into the Project Manager covering projects in North Melbourne, in a business that has a strong pipeline of future work. Your responsibilities will include a combination of office based planning and resource allocation collaborating with key areas of the business and site based delivery work including managing the on-site schedule, procurement, QA and client relationship.
To be successful in this role you will have extensive project engineering experience ideally within the subdivisions sector. You will also have a demonstrable track record of on time delivery within budget combined with sub-contractor management whilst fostering strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
As the successful candidate you will:
• Be ideally, degree qualified in either Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Use your previous experience to plan and execute projects within budget and to provide solutions in line with customer requirements
• Demonstrate your knowledge and commitment to Quality Management principles, OH&S and the Environment
• Have the ability to work on projects throughout Victoria
