Lendlease Services have recently been awarded the Rural Network Contract with Main Roads to provide long-term operational support and maintenance services for the Mid-West and Gascoyne regions of WA.
The combined road network length is in excess of 7,000km and cover 22% of the State's geographical area from Lake Grace in the south to Exmouth in the north. The term is 5 years with a 2 year extension option. The scope includes routine maintenance as well as delivery of periodic maintenance and capital works in distinct packages.
To support the delivery of this contract we are seeking to bring an experienced Works Maintenance Supervisor into our team. As a supervisor, you will provide onsite leadership, control operations and ensure any works relating to the routine and periodic maintenance programs are carried out in accordance with Main Roads and to Lendlease's high safety and quality standards.
You will manage the resourcing levels of service crews and ensure that all KPI's and contract performance requirements are met, whilst maintaining strong relationships with your team and key stakeholders. You will be an experienced Foreman or Supervisor with a reputable civil construction and maintenance company and be able to illustrate a record of delivering projects and maintenance schedules safely, to high quality standards and within project programs and budgets.
