We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Development Manager for our Communities business in NSW.
As the Senior Development Manager you will possess demonstrated experience in the complete Greenfield development cycle from market research, acquisition, brief preparation, design management, planning, stakeholder & authorities engagement, marketing, sales, procurement, delivery, settlements, hand-over and customer service.
Reporting to the Regional Development Manager Communities, as the Senior Development Manager you will have responsibility over our large or more complex projects. You will need to have a tertiary qualification in a property related field, with substantial experience in land subdivisions/ residential at a Development Manager level or above.
Experience from project inception to delivery is equally important along with business and financial acumen, taking responsibility for the commercial viability of the project and ensuring business plan objectives are met.
