We are currently looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our Retirement Living business on a Full Time basis.
Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will be providing Financial and Administration support to the Village Management Team and wider Finance team. You will be responsible for various tasks including setting up new suppliers in accordance to Lendlease compliance polices, processing invoices, submitting purchase orders to our suppliers, monthly invoicing, managing internal/ external account enquiries, reconciling debtor accounts along with receipting and banking. In addition, you will have the opportunity be assist with the preparation of reporting data conjunction with the monthly reporting cycle.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum 3 years' experience in a building/property management environment and experience in Contract Management, sound documentation skills including excellent written, communication, report writing and verbal communication skills along with experience in Microsoft Office suite and large ERP packages would be advantageous.
