With around 71 villages currently under management we are Australasia's largest owner, operator and developer of retirement villages. We are currently recruiting for Regional Accountants across multiple locations to act as a key business partner to the Regional Finance Manager and other Lendlease employees in the region.
The Regional Accountant is responsible for the production of operational and managementaccounts for Lendlease Retirement Living (LLRL) Villages in their respective Region. The Regional Accountant also assists the Regional Finance Manager in managing operational and management accounts for a subset of Villages within the Region and provide value through monitoring and improving budget performance in Villages.
In this role, you will demonstrate excellent technical accounting skills which will be supported by relevant tertiary qualifications as well as CA or CPA. With a high degree of analytical capability, you will have depth of experience in an Accountant role with a broad understanding of accounting standards, legislation regulations and requirements.
Your personal qualities will include a tenacious and positive attitude, attention to detail and the ability to build excellent rapport with colleagues and stakeholders alike. You have a customer service approach and reliably deliver a quality outcome as well as a timely completion.
