An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Engineer to join a high performing team, with a passion for major building projects and the drive to build on your experience, develop further and ultimately progress your career with Lendlease to a Senior Project Engineer then Construction Manager. This fantastic opportunity will be focusing on managing finishes packages on site based on a major defence building project in Katherine / Tindal, NT. We will relocate you and any family to Katherine / Tindal, NT.

As a Project Engineer you will be managing and resolving the detail design for the project, mentor less experienced site engineers whilst managing subcontractors and service suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This will involve developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, as well as the Quality Management Plan.
To be a success in this role we are seeking an individual with experience working on commercial or residential building projects in the excess of $30m value and ideally within a Tier 1/2 background. Construction management or engineering qualifications, supported by experience in a delivery team on major construction / building projects as a Project Engineer or similar will be essential. This opportunity will be focused around finishes, experience is this area is essential. Proven leadership skills will also be key as will a passion for safety, quality and sustainability.
