To create the best places, we need the best talent.
We are committed to finding the brightest Graduates that Australia has to offer for our 2020 global program.
As a participant of the Lendlease Graduate Program you will be supported through a structured learning and development program, dynamic managers, various on the job activities, networking and social activities – allowing you to build lasting relationships with both senior leaders and fellow graduates.
For the first time, Graduate positions are available in a new Digital team at Lendlease that is responsible for reimagining how we do business across all of the areas that we operate, by leveraging new and emerging technologies and building new digital capabilities. Lendlease is making a significant investment in these new technologies, as well as our people and processes in order to disrupt ourselves, leverage first mover advantages and establish ourselves as a leader in the future of our industry.
An example of one of opportunities that the team is exploring is the use of data analysis to review previous design solutions blended with other data such as customer sentiment. Algorithms will then apply this data to generate new product solutions that can then be reviewed by our project teams against their specific project requirements. The preferred design can then be rapidly transformed to a set of instructions ready for the machines in our factories and workers on our assembly sites so that they can bring our buildings to life. We believe this approach will rapidly increase the speed and quality of our products which will result in more profitable projects.
As part of the Digital team, you will be joining a team that will not only be imagining what the future of the industry looks like, but making that future a reality. You will be offered challenging and diverse opportunities to explore and understand the wide range of problems that the team is trying to solve as well as working on the solutions needed to solve them. The team will also be forging the next generation of Lendlease leaders - digitally native designers, engineers, developers and construction professionals.
With a degree in Computer / Data Science, Computational Design, Building Technology, Industrial Design, Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering, or related disciplines, you have demonstrated leadership qualities and a desire to stretch your capabilities. We look for graduates who are passionate, motivated and driven to make a difference. Successful candidates will be based in Sydney and must be able to work in our Sydney office.
