As a participant of the two- year Lendlease Graduate Program you will be supported through a structured learning and development program, rotations, dynamic managers, various on the job activities, networking and social activities – allowing you to build lasting relationships with both senior leaders and fellow graduates.
Applied Insight is a specialist inhouse team that brings together well-established design, sustainability and engineering skills with supply chain strategies and expertise in emerging technologies to provide creative, integrated and competitive solutions to Lendlease. Working across the value chain, Applied Insight unlocks value and elevates project outcomes by simplifying the complex and opening the door to innovation.
We continue to contribute to changing skylines and cityscapes, delivering projects like the Crown Hotel Prescient (NSW), Melbourne Quarter (Commercial & Residential Towers, VIC), 25 King (Australia's tallest timber tower, QLD) plus state of the art stadiums, metro stations, health and defence facilities nationally.
Working within our integrated design and engineering team (architecture & urban design, structural, services, environmental, digital modelling), you will work across a broad range of projects and sectors. From award-winning large scale bespoke commercial and mixed-use developments, to component-led and prefabricated fast-paced construction projects. You will collaborate with project teams (design and delivery) and other functions (procurement, planning and cost- planning) to deliver best practice project strategies.
With a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Urban Design, or any related discipline. You will enjoy interacting with a diverse range of individuals, be motivated by challenge and change whilst driven to deliver results through your resourcefulness. - Lendlease is a project based business therefore candidates must be prepared to relocate to regional areas and interstate, when required.
