We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to support our project team across general administration including reception duties, on our new project at the Nowra Correctional Centre (STCC).
In this role, you’ll support the wider site based and financial management team with their general administration needs whilst being the first point of contact for external and internal visitors.
You’ll coordinate and control meeting room bookings; attending meetings to take minutes where required, manage all site office needs, couriers, security cards, catering, stationery, kitchen supplies, Aconex (site and client collaboration tool) , file set ups, coordinating and booking travel and other adhoc administration needs.
This role would suit a candidate with an interest in pursuing a career in administration and potentially finance roles in the medium to longer term as there is scope for development to support the finance team across the processing of supplier progress claims, invoices and monthly payments etc.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated proficiency in a general administration and/or reception role(s) with the ability to plan and multitask in an environment with constantly changing priorities. Sound written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative nature, with an emphasis on excellent customer service skills are essential with confidence in operating word processing programs, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Oracle experience would be beneficial but not essential.
