Working closely with Senior Cost Planners, Cost Planners and Project Mangers, you will learn key skill sets in providing quick and accurate measurement of quantities, effective use of ‘Value Engineering' to optimise client value, reducing risk and analysing data in controlling design to a defined set of cost parameters. Through this you will start to understand market conditions with regards to applicable rates, subcontractors, supply chain and our competitors.
With a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or any related discipline, you have demonstrated leadership qualities and a desire to stretch your capabilities. You will enjoy interacting with a diverse range of individuals, be motivated by challenge and change whilst driven to deliver results through your resourcefulness. Our projects can be found around the country, so it is essential you are prepared to relocate to regional areas when required.
