Lendlease 2018 Graduate Program – Safety (Engineering)

As a Safety Graduate joining the 2018 Graduate Program, you will develop comprehensive knowledge of how an Engineering business of our scale designs, implements and embeds our safety principles and methodology at both a corporate and project level.
Over the course of the 2-year program you will gain exposure to our regional safety management functions including undertaking analysis to identify safety and well-being issues to inform the develop of new strategies and initiatives, supporting current safety programmes and initiatives across the business, as well as undertaking roles one on or more of our infrastructure projects where you will gain hands-on safety advisory experience in the engineering and construction environment.

Lendlease's Engineering business is a leader in civil infrastructure. We create packaged solutions for the delivery of infrastructure assets, including development, financing, design and construction. We are currently delivering a range of critical infrastructure projects around Australia including Melbourne Metro, City to Tullamarine Widening & Caulfield to Dandenong Level Crossing Removal in VIC, NorthConnex, Northern Rd Upgrades and Pacific Hwy projects in NSW, Kingsford Smith Drive in QLD, and Northern Connector in SA.
We look for students with undergraduate or post-graduate qualifications in the fields of:
- Environment, Health and Safety or
- Occupational, Health and Safety
You will have demonstrated leadership qualities and a desire to stretch your capabilities. Our projects can be found around the country, so it is essential you are prepared to relocate to regional areas when required.
