An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Finance Services team in South Wharf as a Management Accountant within our Retirement Living Business.
A pivotal role in the team with significant stakeholder engagement, you will be responsible for supporting at a national level our Retirement Living function in the preparation of management reports. Specifically, you will manage the preparation, consolidation and distribution of profits and loss, cash flow, balance sheet, capital expenditure and overhead management reports to support the business.
Reporting to the Manger Financial Planning and Analysis your role will see you driving regional accountability around the allocation of capital expenditure and working closely with regional and corporate fiancé teams to ensure accuracy of reported results and forecasts. The Management Accountant will be the custodian for the general ledger Village Management and the five-year business plan for Retirement Living.
To be successful in this role, you will be close to completion or CA/CPA qualified or equivalent with a demonstrated track record in management reporting within large complex environments. Previous experience in property and infrastructure or investment management industry experience will be well regarded strong Excel as well as technical modelling skills are essential.
You have a customer service approach and reliably deliver a quality outcome as well as a timely completion. You are a results driven performer who is adaptable and flexible to change. Your personal qualities will include a tenacious and positive attitude, attention to detail and the ability to build excellent rapport with colleagues and stakeholders alike.
