With the expansion of our Telecommunications Division, we are seeking an additional Land Access Coordinator to play an integral part of our telecommunications project team based in Helensvale on the Gold Coast..
The position will be embedded in the construction delivery teams and play a critical role ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of internal procedures / processes and dealing with relevant external stakeholders, including local councils and landowners. This will include the coordination of all land access permits and notifications related to a Work Release. You will be accountable for providing a highly professionally corporate image to both customers and staff both in person and via electronic communication.
You role will include but not be limited to:
- Carry out dial before you dig requests for future work areas and compile reports to Supervisors.
- Ensure all legislative approval requirements are met prior to commencement of work(s)
- Liaise with Supervisors and subcontractors to ensure appropriate permits are in place
- Ensure flyers and relevant notices are distributed in local areas prior to construction work(s)
- Develop and maintain a land access register checklists for the allocated Regions and ensure relevant data is linked in the Work Order Management System
To be a success in this role we are seeking individuals that have prior land access experience with advanced communication skills across both internal and external stakeholders. You will have a high level of attention to detail and naturally possess strong computer skills across the Microsoft Office Suite together with the ability to work autonomously and systematically whilst following process.
