Lendlease Building are searching for a Contract Administrator to join the commercial management team on a high profile, Defence project based in Perth.

Working on a defence project is unique, presenting different challenges – this will be working on the Delamere air weapons range building project. Currently we are in the planning or delivery phase for 13 projects in defence valued at approximately $2.9 billion across Australia.
As Contract Administrator, you will take ownership of subcontractors & their accounts, assess sub-contractor variations, negotiate and finalise consultant and supplier progress claims and agree final accounts. Additionally, you will be required to support the project team with tenancy coordination and process management.
The successful candidate will have contract and/or commercial administration experience on major managing contract building projects, preferably within the health or defence sector, from top or mid-tier main contractors. This will be coupled with a Construction Management or Engineering qualifications. Moreover, you will have the ability to focus on process standardisation and improvement whilst forming strong working relationships. Your solutions focused approach will include demonstrable examples of multiple subcontractor management, strong negotiation skills and financial reporting.
