An immediate need has arisen for a savvy and committed Sales Professional to join the sales team as a dedicated champion of house and land sales across a new release of Calderwood Valley, located close to Shellharbour.
As the Sales Consultant you will be a strong performer who is dedicated to generating and closing Land sales and can demonstrate exemplary customer service in order to build solid and authentic relationships.
Calderwood is a masterplanned community by Lendlease. The intended community has been carefully designed to reflect the rich local heritage and character, providing future families with a relaxed, contemporary Australian lifestyle.
Upon completion Calderwood will feature brand new facilities for both residents and the local community to enjoy. Schools, playgrounds, sporting fields, a community centre, shops, cafes, restaurants and business facilities are all being considered for the future Calderwood community.
Calderwood will be an address residents will be proud of, where sustainability is encouraged, and where a collection of villages, inviting streetscapes and individual home designs create a true sense of belonging.
Equally important will be excellent presentation skills and exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to build and maintain relationships within the project and external stakeholders. A Real Estate Agent license or certificate of registration would be preferred, as would extensive real estate sales experience including off the plan and house and land package sales.
