Our Employee Contact Centre (ECC) provides a high touch, customer focused, 24 hour (Monday to Friday) support service in English to Lendlease managers and employees, operating as a first point of call for all Human Resources (HR) related enquiries across 6 of our countries.
Supporting our Australian region, you will provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels including phone and e-channels. This will involve engaging & supporting our people with their individual HR enquiries.
To be successful in this role you will possess;
- Previous experience in a shared services environment ideally gained in HR
- A commitment to quality customer service and a positive customer experience
- Strong attention to detail and follow up
- Ability to handle ambiguity and use initiative
- A motivated, proactive and positive approach
- The ability to work well in a small team
- Problem solving skills, and great use of initiative
Our HR Services team offers a positive, friendly and professional culture, with opportunities to learn and develop.
This role is being offered on a part time basis; four days a week (Monday to Thursday) and the working hours are 10am – 3pm.
